At McKinley’s, we take great pride in offering one of the most scenic and well-kept RV parks on the Oregon Coast — and it shows the moment you arrive. Our park sits right along the beautiful Alsea Bay and River, giving you front-row access to stunning water views, fresh coastal air, and some of the best Dungeness crabbing in the region.

Our Full Hook-Up sites are immaculately maintained with smooth paved streets, level concrete pads, and spacious patios. There’s plenty of room for even the largest “Big Rigs” with multiple slide-outs — plus space for your boat and trailer too. Most of our sites even feature “Double Hook-Ups” (one set on each side), giving you the choice to park nose-in or back-in. That way, whether you’re in a motorhome or a 5th wheel, you’ll be able to enjoy the water view.

We’ve designed the park for comfort, convenience, and fun. From immaculate facilities to family-friendly play areas, everything is kept spotless and welcoming. Our tent and dry-camping area is tucked into a grassy setting with picnic tables and fire rings —perfect for those who enjoy campfires, stargazing, and a more rustic stay. Many of these sites are also right on the water, so you won’t miss out on the views.

Dry Camping Site Rates (All Season)‍

Enjoy the simple beauty of camping under the stars with our dry camping sites, each complete with a picnic table and fire ring.

Each site can accommodate one RV, an RV and a tent, or two tents. Occupancy per site is limited to 6 people.
